went here around 3pm on weekdays, right after the rush lunch hour, so there was plenty of seatswhen it's lunch hour, the place is always packed with foreigners the menu was extremely simple cuz they provide very few choices: burger, duck fat fries and a few kinds of drinksthe simplicity saved me a lot of time choosing what to eat, and, I have always think it's better for a restaurant to specialize in making really delicious food rather than making loads of bad foodI was alone so I just ordered 1

I was alone so I just ordered 1 burger ($100), the menu didn't say what ingredients to be included, but I feel just fine trusting in its choice of food as well as it's cookery
as I was observing this little black place, it was cheerful to see the staffs we're enjoying their work
waiting for I guess around 7-10 mins? the burger arrived
they don't provide forks but knives only, I think they want people to stick to the authentic way of eating burgers with hands, if that's so I would be very pleased to see their insistence in food culture
the buns we're warm and soft on the outside and a bit too crunchy on the inside in fact, the taste of cheese didn't stand out as much as all the other components, the sauce was fine
the star of the burger, the beef patty has a very nicr rich beefy taste, but, it was a bit rough, not as tender as I have expected, it seems to be made of pure beef
which is good, but my liking is more of nice tender patty
it was fair overall, but it s quite pricy, I would prefer saving the money to try out more restaurants
