Ok, me and my wife went there one Sat. nite. Very pretty restaurant. It was very quiet. We have no booking and just walk right it.We ordered a bit of everything. Some sushi, some fusion appetizers, waygu beef, etc..The sushi was average for a fine Japanese restaurant. Not bad but certainly not very exciting. The appetizers were creative. I like a couple dishes but the other two were just average.Waygu beef was good Waygu beef but you could easily have the same thing in other fine restaurant.Rega

Regarding to service, as a restaurant in Hong Kong, it is above average. As a fine dining restaurant, it is just average. I would expect more at this price.
Food-wise, I would say this restaurant is above average providing there are not many good Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong.
Price-wise, I think it is over price.
(* it seems that the quality of food and service in Hong Kong has been deteriorating)
