Had a family gathering last week at Cafe Deco, who claims themselve still at the "top"!! But, it really isn't what they 've claimed to be. My freind had warned me about their bad experience on X'mas day already - slow and cold... But still, I thought it would be better on a regular day like this. We ordered Tandoori Seabass, Babyback ribs, Ribeye and shared some other dishes that I honestly don't want to remember. We've waited for at least 1hr 8 mins for the 1st dish to arrive. Had a family gathering last week at Cafe Deco, who claims themselve still at the "top"!! But, it really isn't what they 've claimed to be. My freind had warned me about their bad experience on X'mas day already - slow and cold... But still, I thought it would be better on a regular day like this. We ordered Tandoori Seabass, Babyback ribs, Ribeye and shared some other dishes that I honestly don't want to remember. We've waited for at least 1hr 8 mins for the 1st dish to arrive. (I know it's this long becasue we looked at the receipt after)... Then, when they were served, the dishes were either cold or the meat were tough. Seabass was not sizzling hot and ribeye was cold and tough. We tried to explained this to the staff, but they seemed to think we were trying to ask for freebies! How humiliating!!!!!!
It was so disappointing, we didn't even want to stay for dessert! We went to Haggendaz instead!!! Cafe Deco Management, I hope you are reading this and make some changes on your FOOD and SERVICE!!!!!! I have already booked for Valentine's day dinner at your place. Now, I might have to cancel my booking and give up the deposit to go somewhere else!!!
