I finally tried Popsy Modern Kitchen after seeing all the hype on various magazines. The interior design is very nice and they must have changed some of the art work since opening. we started off with cocktails. I really liked the Snow concoction which has a cognac case masked by a mixture of berries. Despite having a brandy base, the drink was fairly sweet and and easy to go down. a good choice to pair with HKs cool weather right now.for starter I choice the pumpkin soup which was fairly light

for starter I choice the pumpkin soup which was fairly light and refreshing compared to the lobster bisque.

main course was the pan fried sea bass with asparagus puree. I thought the puree was very interesting. it is really light in taste but brings a new texture to the plate besides the fish and sauce. The fish was OK.

I liked the lamb better be cause it was more flavorful and saltier. the sauce went very well with the mush potatoes.

I hear they are change the menu every season so I would look forward to coming back again!
