Believe it or not this is my first time trying canelé🙈 This is heavenly😍 Deeply caramelized crust with a soft, moist and eggy interior, it got a rich vanilla flavour too🤤Before trying this I don’t really understand why ppl would pay $3x or sometimes even $4x for such a tiny pastry. Now I understand, cause a good canelé is really yum and you will keep thinking about it. 😍
