Son of a Tam is one of the go-to for me because it's easy to find, quality is different in each branch so it's always a surpise (not in a bad way though) Again, I ordered the 'all-in-one' bowl which has all the toppings but I usually would skip the pork liver and beef just because they are usually very tough to chew. The medium spiciness is still edible and the noodle is just as smooth as usual. However, if you can't handle spicy food very well, maybe you should order a little spiciness. My favo

The medium spiciness is still edible and the noodle is just as smooth as usual. However, if you can't handle spicy food very well, maybe you should order a little spiciness.

My favourite topping would be this squid ball which is bouncy and full of fishy salty taste from the squid, while the rest of the ingredients are just very average without much to worth mentioning.
