Sauce: abalone or spicy (pick 1)
-> got abalone sauce (👍🏼 not watery or too salty)
Carb: rice, Chinese egg noodles (thick, thin, oil), squid noodles, rice noodles (pick 1)
-> got squid noodles (a bit like spaghetti)
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings a bit of Chiu Chow brined ［鹵水］(which has the taste of soy sauce)
- Mushroom: juicy and smooth
- White carrots: juicy and soft
