I’ve been seeing Borsch &Noodles opening across Hong Kong, so i decided to try it in Tsing Yi for a nice dinner. As a borch lover from eating it across Hong Kong, i was excited to try a higher class one. For my main i got the Shanghainese dried noodles with a big bowl of beef borch. The noodle’s were soft and thick with sauce which complimented the borch perfectly. My borch was packed full of tender beef and veggies. For my main i got the Shanghainese dried noodles with a big bowl of beef borch. The noodle’s were soft and thick with sauce which complimented the borch perfectly. My borch was packed full of tender beef and veggies. This borch wasn’t like anything i’ve tried in the past, it tasted fresh as if it were made from scratch. The addition of all veggies and meat in this made it for a filling dinner. Additionally i ordered a side of pork, which was fried perfectly.
We also ordered the Pork Chop Crispy Bun, which was a pork filled sandwich, that you would find across Hong Kong, except this one was packed to the brim with pork. We also ordered the Pork Borch (2 Options of Borsch) which on top of having veggies had alot of pork.This also tasted very genuine and hit the spot, especially during a cold winter day in Hong Kong.
This was one of the best borches i’ve had in Hong Kong and hit the exact spot that i wanted.
