Designed with unique passion and love, this 5” Mother’s Day special cake was a gourmet dessert created with fragrant earl grey mousse containing earl grey ganache for a texture elevation.🫖
While it was surrounded with mousse that tasted rich in flavor with a natural hint of citrusy and a lusciously smooth texture, the inside consisted of layers of surprises to savor, including a delicate tea-scented biscuit base, airy sponge cake, crispy layer of chocolate, and fresh pear fillings with refreshing bites of mini diced pear.🍐
Topped off exquisitely with a sweet carnation flower made with thin slices of white chocolates, as well as fine pieces of edible silver foil for a beautiful touch; symbolizing our love towards our graceful mamas!🤟🏻
