The big goose attracted my eyeball when I was walking at Jordan. I ordered roasted goose and barbecue pork. The skin of the goose was crispy, meanwhile the meat juice and freshness is well trapped in it. The texture of the goose meat was very smooth. It was different from some kind of restaurant which make overcooked food. Besides, the barbecue pork was juicy and awesome. The sauce was well mixed, adding extra scores to it.
