Fish fillet with pickled cabbage - the dish is named "cold pot" but it is actually served steaming hot and ready to eat. Might also put on the induction cooktop for hotpot. Ingredients included bean sprouts, potato noodles, enoki mushrooms, pickled cabbages, and tons of silky fish fillets! Love the intense spiciness and appetizing sourness of the soup.

We also ordered lotus root and Indian lettuce to put in the pot to absorb the savory soup.

Would definitely visit again for other exciting hot dishes like mala chicken pot!
