Had to get a snack and came to this place. Ordered1) 牛膀 - too spongy and soft, did not maintain any of its distinct texture.(2) 草肚 and 金錢肚 - similar texture as above. As it was early evening, they probably had the innards in for too long, so that they are becoming a cauldron mixed innards instead of retaining the separate pieces. Flavour-wise it was quite ok though. $8 a skewer is a bit steep for this kind of quality. Still, it did the job of giving my stomach something to do.
