1. Appearance (10/10) - very attractive and detailed presentation2. Taste (10/10) - the taste is light but strong enough to sense the strawberry aroma and those tiny strawberry seeds3. Texture (8/10) - rather disappointed to find that the sponge cake was a bit hard but the cream in between the layers was so creamy and light4. Value for money (8.5/10) - the cake can be shared amongst 8-10 persons5. Overall (9/10) - Ms B's Cakery does produce some very nice cakes which I think is worth a try
