I usually eat Shrimp wan tan noodle as I believe here is the best in HK for wan tan noodle. I tried another one with beef (原汁柱侯牛腩麵) but actually it was really nice!! Taste is lil bit stronger comparing with wan tan noodle of course. Portion is good for woman I guess. I additionally ordered egg yolk bun. Custard in inside was lil dried and less than I though. I prefer BBQ pork bun!! Around 9 p.m. No need to wait to have a seat. A woman alone can take dinner comfortably.
