We had patronized fir several times due to the location is close to our office and there is not much choices of coffee shops in the area of Tin Hau and Fortress Hill.Today we had bought 3 pieces of pastries of 2 cups of cappucino in the afternoon. We really disliked the way they arranged the customers coming in and awaiting for orders. The staff was not polite when giving instructions to queue properly as the customers in store were not in line already!Also, the pastries we had ordered included
Today we had bought 3 pieces of pastries of 2 cups of cappucino in the afternoon. We really disliked the way they arranged the customers coming in and awaiting for orders. The staff was not polite when giving instructions to queue properly as the customers in store were not in line already!
Also, the pastries we had ordered included a piece of egg tart, it was ridiculous to place such soft piece into a paper bag rather in the box which we believed have sufficient space apart from the almond fruit tart and a piece of cheese cake.
The overall attitude of the staff there were not in a very polite manner. We wondered why a chain store like this having good food but with bad service experience
