we had been here before so we ordered according to our previous fond memory about this restaurant.in particular we ordered 2 orders of ox tongue for its quite tender and well grilled, however a little too salty with the seasoning.we also recommend the house salad although the cabbage leaves can be cut into smaller wedges- now its way too hard for one to bite into an uncut piece of cabbage without making a mess out of it.the garlic prawn was also alright but the texture is a little weird-id prefe

the garlic prawn was also alright but the texture is a little weird-id prefer something more 'song' isntead of something way too tender.
crab was also alright although the meat wasnt very soft but instead a little rough.
scallop was excellent-grilled to the extent that its juicy on the surface and tender, yet not uncooked in the center.
'fan tuen' was lovely although the rice was a little dry and kept falling off as i bit into it.
all in all this is a place i will visit again although its a little expensive (A5 wagyu worths $160 here), but i have paid for what i eat and theres quality there.
