As I was already bloody there, just got the ordinary Fish Shaomai which are freshly made.
The shaomai skin tasted quite nice with a springy texture.They tasted better when they have cooled down as the texture is more chewy so it depends what texture you prefer and you can taste the fishiness when they are cooler.
Definitely want to come back for the squid ink shaomai but as the franchise is small, they don't even have a dumb number or fb for ppl to find out.
