I wasn’t expecting such slow service from a restaurant that only had half of their tables occupied.Having ordered 9-10 dishes of yakitori dishes, I couldn’t believe it took 40 minutes before the first dish arrived.The food tasted alright but was completely ruined by an experience one can’t easily forget, “starved for 40 minutes then flooded by 9-10 dishes within the next 30 minutes, of course some dishes inevitably got cold”.To top it off, they denied our discount ($25) from a dining-booking ser
Having ordered 9-10 dishes of yakitori dishes, I couldn’t believe it took 40 minutes before the first dish arrived.
The food tasted alright but was completely ruined by an experience one can’t easily forget, “starved for 40 minutes then flooded by 9-10 dishes within the next 30 minutes, of course some dishes inevitably got cold”.
To top it off, they denied our discount ($25) from a dining-booking service claiming it didn’t register on their system despite we showed them proof. The bill was $980. We asked for the manager and his attitude was even worse. His attitude was reflective of the restaurant’s overall service quality.
I will not go again, and definitely do not recommend.
