Been to the Element location a few times and my first time to this Tango.Ordered two salads and the calamari salad was amazing. It came with many pieces of meaty/tender/seasoned calamari... the dressing was yummy as well.For sausage sausage sampler, all good other than the blood sausage - too salty.All four of us ordered the skirt steak (expecting more like hanger steak). Instead, we were served generous portion of “flank” steaks. So not exactly what I had in mind.Having said that, the Argentini

Having said that, the Argentinian steaks were packed with flavors.
I ordered medium rare and what I got was almost well done. Not acceptable!! Did not send it back to the kitchen cos I didn’t want to waste food. I told the manager about it and asked him to remind his chefs. The steaks will continue to cook while traveling from kitchen to dining room and sitting on a hot sizzling plate.
Side dishes were above average.
Ambience and service were average.
