How can anyone resist teddy bears? Combined with Christmas and afternoon tea and Voila. This festive afternoon tea was born.The decorations of the hotel was radiating with Christmas and cuteness. All of the food items were related to Christmas one way or another.
The tea set came and it was designed just like a cute teddy bear. The savory were outshone by the desserts definitely. My favorite would be the Valrhona Christmas Tree. Not only was its design most delicate, this chocolate dessert was rich without being too sweet since they chose a higher cacao percentage. My second favorite would be Christmas fruit cake. It was moist without being overtly sweet and was a nice dessert to eat after the chocolate Christmas tree.
The price is a bit on the expensive side but it is the Ritz after all.
