One of the best tsukemen / chicken soup ramen I’ve had in HK so far. The broth was creamy but not heavy and not overly salty nor oily.At $185 (including service charge), it’s one of the pricier noodle option. I expected an egg at this price point but this won’t deter me from going back.Efficient service and I like that they offer you a choice of cold or hot tea.
