I was surprised the whole set of staff had gone and there are a new set of faces.The menu is slightly different too!They had stir-fried car noodles which was interesting so I tried that.I tried the stir fried thick noodles and it was a different taste because these noodles are usually served in soup or boiled and served with oyster sauce.There was no alkaline taste and after it was stir-fried there was a nice aroma from the other ingredients such as the five spice pork cubes and satay beef.The

I tried the stir fried thick noodles and it was a different taste because these noodles are usually served in soup or boiled and served with oyster sauce.
There was no alkaline taste and after it was stir-fried there was a nice aroma from the other ingredients such as the five spice pork cubes and satay beef.
The noodles were also stir-fried with julienne carrots and beanshoots.
