We went to this restaurant quite often before but have not been there for a while, we came today for a leisure lunch and have ordered five dishes. Quite interesting is the Tung Yam Kung Soup was very sweet and when the waiter routinely asked us if the food was good, I told him that the soup is surprisingly sweet and was not the same taste I previously enjoyed.
He answered politely "Yes, we added sweetness to the soup. In fact, we can customise sweetness in all our dishes. Next time, when you order Tung Yam Kung Soup, you can request less sweet."
After hearing his suggestion, I first thought of telling him more of my comment - the Crab Meat and Pomelo Salad had only few shredded crab, Thai Green Curry with Barramundi was too salty......
I better not commented more.
