One the other hand the taste was all the same, for every dish the chef will use the same seasoning and cover the tire quality and the freshness of the food. On that night we had scallope, fish , abalone, and shrimp. The was cooked with with cheese sause and it completely covered the taste of the shrimp, as for the head of the shrimp is was cooked for a very long time, so I asked the chef why, the answer is very ridiculous he said that there are a lot of heavy metals in the head and we need to cook it for a longer period of time to get rid of the heavy metal. LOL . The scallope was not fresh is came right out of the shell. The rest of the food was so so. Note: The Japanese fried instant noodle was very salty, and the noodle tasted like glue -_-
