Suggest not to go between 14:30-17:30

During the weekend, I took the ticket ard 14:30. After 15mins wait, I discovered that there were seven empty table, so I just curious why the staff do not arrange any people enter to the restaurant. And I wait for 25mins more, finally, a manger told me that they only provide pizza right now, since they prepare for dinner section. Thanks god he told me the truth after I wait 40mins. But I will feel more happy, if he told me earlier instead of 40 mins. Just waste of my time.
