I have been to Divino multiple times, and today was the worst experience ever, and I promised myself not to visit this place anymore.I had no clue what went wrong with this place - staff are all friendly and trying to be helpful - but apparently they are not well organised. Speed of serving food is horribly slow - my main course took 40-45 minutes to prepare. I had no clue what went wrong with this place - staff are all friendly and trying to be helpful - but apparently they are not well organised.
Speed of serving food is horribly slow - my main course took 40-45 minutes to prepare. The table next to me was probably not a lot better - I saw the gentleman sitting next to us complaining and asking for the bill BEFORE their main course arrived. And guess what? After he complained, their food finally arrived 10 minutes later (wait... I thought that person waited long enough and asked for the bill?)
My main course arrived at 2pm and I complained - the maneger of Divino tried to be helpful but in vain. He mentioned lame excuuses like "I'm sorry but we have a lot of customers today" "Your food arrived late because you didn't come earlier" --- What sort of services is this? I'm literally furious after his groundless explanation.
To make things even worse - I ordered a medium rare steak. They served a completely cooked steak instead. I took one bite and returned the whole main course. In the end, Divino still charge 100% of my two course lunch set (even though effectively I had only my appetise). It is totally unacceptable.
If you love food and appreciate good quality of serivce --- AVOID this place!
