After cycling in Tai Po, my friend bring me here to try this restaurant. The shop is tiny. Luckily have a spare table for two which we can sit in. The papa style clam is hot item so no reason not trying that. Papa style actually is a garlicky cooking method. Clams stir fry with load of chopped garlic and chilli. If you like garlic, then thesis heavenly great! The touch of chilli also drive you keep on eating the next one. And the sauce goes so well with rice as well. Just one warm reminder, don'
