We ordered a tomato soup base rice vermicelli ($32) with chicken thigh meat, and added spicy crispy chicken with a hot lemon water (+$20), and also a dandanmian soup base vermicelli ($34) with chicken thigh meat, and added garlic pork with cold lemon tea (+20).
Everything came within 3 minutes, except for the spicy crispy chicken, which came after 25 minutes.The tomato soup base was average, flavorful, but not too thick and rich, and contained a few tomato slices. The dandanmian soup base was a bit spicy and very flavorful. The chicken thigh meat was well cooked, boneless, and in medium sized pieces. The extremely strong garlic complemented the pork well, although the taste of the garlic will linger in your mouth for hours. The garlic paste had a bit of a sweet tang to it as well, and adding the garlic paste into your soup base would make it taste even better, but this was my personal preference. The crispy spicy chicken was in huge slices, so it may be a bit hard to bite it. There is a lot of spice at the bottom, so if you like spicy, you can dip the unfried parts of the chicken into the spice, but as a person who doesn't like spicy, it was acceptable for me.
