Trying the 25th anniversary menu at Imasa. The sashimi is so fresh and yummy. Probably one the freshest sashimi you can find in HK. The seafood soup is very refreshing, with a hint of lime juice in it. We didn’t have the sake menu and order cocktails instead. The cocktails actually are very refreshing and match nicely with the food. What I like about their food is that every plate is decorated in such delicate manner. And most of the decorations are edible too! All the dishes look like art piece
