I ordered the “Real Chashu Ramen” it’s basically a meat party. It comes with 6 pieces of chashu and an egg in a super thick bowl of pork bone broth.The broth is super creamy and I love how thick it is and it’s not overly salty😊I think the broth itself can already easily go on my top 3 pork bone broth list. The texture of the noodles is also very fulfilling, it’s really fresh and crunchy. As for the chashu, like what I said, it’s a meat party and each piece of chashu is as big as my palm😋and they

This place is a tad out of the way but totally worth it☺️ I reckon this is the best pork bone broth ramen I had so far😋
