📍英記油渣麵My first time trying 油渣麵 and was happy that I got delivered this famous bowl from 英記. As a first timer, I can’t compare it to its OG taste. But as a first try, it was indeed impressive. The soup had a very strong mushroom and 冬菜taste. The noodles were thick and bouncy. The 油渣 was crunchy which is a huge contrast to the other pork pieces. The best part is their chili oil! Very spicy yet flavorful! A must add if you can have spicy food. Seriously want to travel all the way just to get a bott

The best part is their chili oil! Very spicy yet flavorful! A must add if you can have spicy food.
Seriously want to travel all the way just to get a bottle of their chili oil.
