I don't particularly fancy restaurant in hotel but this place really gives me surprise. The hamburger was nice and the chef recommended cream of mushroom with truffles is fantastic: the hamburger is not salty. It was quite juicy. The tomato and lettuce were fresh too. I tried French onion soup in different restaurants. Most of them were quite salty. The French onion soup in this place was also very rich in flavour but it was not salty.
The mashed potato was smooth. Also a good balance of flavour of potato and butter.
One more surprise was their home made bread. There was one made with peppers, which was a bit spicy, made me impressed.
The waiters were friendly and professional. They were not pushy at all.
