This chain restaurant was one of the leading sushi store when they first opened. Often showcased themselves as one step better than other competitors in the same class serving similar food. When they had their restaurant in Causeway Bay, back in the days which served the sushi on the belt, I remember the restaurant often had long lines waiting to get in. Now this restaurant really have fallen below average. Food is not great and it’s just going downhill. If they don’t improve on their food
When we were first seated, the service was very poor, after finding a server and asking her to make the order. She pointed to us that we should download their restaurant app to make orders. No wonder the service was poor as they want to cut back on the manpower with an app for customers to make orders. The menu was very limited, due to the fact that they put the menu into their app. So if customers do not download the app they cannot see the a la carte menu.
The food was acceptable for lunch at this price range. Nothing to be wow about, great way to fill the stomach. It comes with a dish, rice and a soup. Portion is enough for one person, that is a plus.
