I have not written a restaurant review in my "foodie" journey log with my student for a while. This time we came across this Tainan restaurant. We both ordered Tainan-style beef noodles and a fried chicken as a side dish. The beef was great and the broth was quite surprisingly appetizing with a hint of authentic taste of Tainan cuisine.
