📍Sushi HakuchoSushi Hakucho honours the origin of sushi master Harada Makoto by including seasonal produce from Kyushu. On the day we were there for dinner omakase, there were two outstanding items which were the oyster (super fresh and sweet) and the wagyu dish (tender and flavorful). The wagyu dish was actually a pleasant surprise and the wow factor of the menu. As for the sushi items, ingredients wise, they are fresh but there is room for improvement for the overall taste and texture.
Overall, the dinner omakase is of fair value as they do serve you with a variety of ingredients instead of just repeated types of white fish that some places do. It is a rather small shop so don’t expect it to be too comfy.
