I worked in the North Point area for many years and there was always a dearth of good Western restaurants. There are a few "hole in the wall" places that do a good job with very limited menu lists, but nothing outside of major hotels that could be described as fine dining. So finding this place on OpenRice suggested, based on very good reviews, most in Chinese, that this may turn out to be a good evening. It was! It started badly with a seating behind a pillar, but one of the staff (all of them seemed well trained), moved us to a larger table that became free. The first imperssion is a bit cafeteria-ish, with a wide space filled with tables. The restaurant is in need of some visual breakers like potted plants or something to reduce this impression.
The most amazing thing about the restaurant is the oyster options. On the night we were there, there were 6 different oysters and we tried them all. They were superb, lovely fresh and smelling of the sea. The menu is pretty eclectic, we did nkt try any pasta dishes, but these seem very popular and based on other reviews very good. Our meat dishes - veal and pork - were well cooked, to the style and very tasty. The other surprise for me was the Picini area wines, a lesser known area of Tuscany which offers great value Italian wines. Well done!!
The staff are quite attentive, very efficient and knowledgable.
