Along the streets of coffee shops and retro stores in Sham Shui Po, we spotted Power Burger serving up smash burgers made with Angus beef. Picked Power Cheese Burger and Chicken Smash. Both patties had a crunchy exterior locking up the meat juice. The bun was fluffy and slightly crusty on the outside. Served with kale, lettuce, pickled cucumber and melting American cheese. In my opinion, Chicken Smash was outstanding!Fries and Fried Chicken Bites both came in large portions. Thick fries. Seasone

They offer a range of drinks from fizzy canned drinks, tea, coffee to draft beer. The local Spicy Ginger Soda was refreshing and slightly sweet, while genmaicha was good for digestion.
