Sushi chef clipping fingernails!!!

The hostess outside told us it was a buffet and all you can eat for 60 minutes so I chose the beef option and my girlfriend chose the pork option. The salmon miso broth was bland but the meat was nice and the selection of food was very good. When I walked over to the sushi station I heard a clipping sound... Then I saw the sushi chef was clipping his nails next to the sushi!!! The nails could have flown into the food!!! When I told the hostess, she told the sushi chef to stop, but he did not apo

Then I saw the sushi chef was clipping his nails next to the sushi!!! The nails could have flown into the food!!! When I told the hostess, she told the sushi chef to stop, but he did not apologise and the hostess did not apologise either... Very bad service. Then when we had finished our meat, we wanted to order another plate and they said that the meat was not all you can eat, only everything else was all you can eat - I thought this was deceptive marketing! Altogether for 2, it cost 194 (including service charge) which is ok considering how much option they have with everything else... But I would rather have all you can eat meat and less option for everything else for 99 per person than what was offered here.
