Came with great history and inspiration behind, Morris brought his creativity to the next level to minimize food waste through bar technology and innovation with sustainable ingredients, unveiling the potential of local leftovers and repurposing flavors in an impressive way.
It was exquisitely crafted with Flor de Cana 12-Year Rum, Upcycled Falernum, and Pineapple Bun Colada Foam; with decent Hong Kong pineapple bun notes on the nose, and with hints of tropical flavors and slight honey note on the palate.
