There's only one option for a burger: raclette, bacon, and caramelized onions. OK, fine, that sounds fine. Sounds fine, it's terrible. Caramelized onions can be lots of things. On a burger they should not be extremely saccharine and bright purple. The fries are dry and mealy. The ketchup is some weird red wine vinegar thing. I just... The burger is by nature a customizable object, like a pizza.
But fine, have only one burger. Just don't make it awful. Or at least warn people you're going for candied onions. I could seriously taste nothing besides the sugar onions.
My lemonade was tart. I liked it.
