Marks and Sparks has the best sweet treats so went here for my cream cravings.Got the apple turnover and eclairs which both contain delicious freshly whipped cream.The apple turnovers has to be eaten asap before the pasty gets soggy.I love that lovely balance of tart crisp apple cubes and cream encased in the light puff pastry dusted with coarse sugar grains.The eclair is another evilicious treat which is just choux pastry filled with unsweetened cream.
