又一間bookmark 左好耐嘅cafe,之前淨係畀食物吸引到,發現佢十月有響應罷市後就更想到訪。由於間舖頭好細,全靠好友12:30 p.m.去排隊先趕得切喺lunch time一試,呢度嘅open-faced toast 同咖啡以customised 為賣點,除左咖啡豆外,連奶泡嘅份量都可以揀。.Open-faced toast (2 toppings):sourdough + lemon cream cheese + scrambled eggs + ham (上)sourdough + lemon cream cheese + avocado + poached egg (下)由於bread 同spread 都一樣就一齊講啦,首先賣相一流,碟邊仲灑左南瓜籽及杏仁碎做裝飾,sourdough 好脆身但包身再鬆軟啲會更好,聽講另一款fig & walnut bread 嘅口感就較為煙韌。Cream cheese spread 加左檸檬汁幾清新。牛油果夠熟,一半切片一半打成蓉,一次試哂兩種口感,水煮蛋用醋浸過帶酸,有蛋汁流出但中間仲有熟嘅蛋黃,係我鍾意嘅半熟程度,炒蛋都好嫩滑。.BB

BBQ pork sandwich:
手撕豬肉好腍,份量充足,燒烤醬較濃味所以加左糖漬菠蘿片同cold slaw平衡返,麵包軟熟得黎有咬口。

Chai latte:
離遠已聞到濃濃嘅香料同肉桂味,我受唔到陣味無試到,兩位朋友都覺得質素唔錯。
