First deep-fried then soaked in the homemade savory sauce. Huge piece of pork cutlet that had been cut into small pieces. The marinade was rich but not too sweet.

◆Vermicelli Soup w/ Pig's Large Intestines
Taiwanese comfort food especially in winter. Thick soup. They had already put vinegar in the soup which I personally prefer it without.
