This is the second Taiwanese cart noodle joint in Hong Kong.The first branch is near CWB in between Wanchai and CWB.Anyway, I love Central so went to this branch.As expected, this branch was good as the self service kiosk had English whereas the CWB one didn't when I went.It was Monday so I decided to just order Vegetables with rice vermicelli.The broth was light as expected which goes well with baby corn and tofu, the whole thing was light and healthy.The oyster noodles were thick and strong, i

The broth was light as expected which goes well with baby corn and tofu, the whole thing was light and healthy.
The oyster noodles were thick and strong, it was like having HK mock shark fin soup because you put vinegar and pepper in it but it was tasty so I didn't need it.
It was topped with juicy plump oysters which were soft and a taste of the sea.
Will definitely be back when I am hungry as this place is conveniently located on Wellington Road.Will definitely be back when
