One of the favorite things I like to have at the Tsujiki Fish Market in Tokyo are the shops that sell tamagoyaki. You may scoff, a rolled egg? Why would there be actual shops selling this. Some of them known to be selling this for centuries. Because the tamagoyaki is one of those items that you may think is easy to make but when made properly, it's a joy to have. Lovely warm and fluffy egg.I heard about this place among foodies who mentioned this place that served tamogayki. Much like the shops
I heard about this place among foodies who mentioned this place that served tamogayki. Much like the shops in Japan. But it was located in Tsuen Wan. Quite a distance from where I live. But I had to find it!
Located in an alley, is this small take away only shop. It is open late afternoon. Curiously, this alley also had a lot of other small take away only eateries. What an interesting discovery!
