Started off with the Braised Abalone with Hua Diao Chinese Wine. They were very tender with a nice chew to them, and fragrant sweetness from the Hua Diao wine.
These Deep-fried Prawns with Salted Egg on Rice Crispies were so good! Loved the nuttiness of the salted egg sauce and the crispy rice crackers had a nice toasty taste which went well with the bouncy prawns.
Had to order these bbq pork just because they are a classic order! Enjoyed the layers of meat and fat mixed together with each bite!
This Soft Shell Crab Two Ways was so fun to eat! One of them was deep fried as it was with crab claws and everything, the other was a deep fried pouch stuffed with crab meat.
I heard fish maw was the restaurants specialty so we also ordered the Braised Fish Maw with Mushroom. I gobbled the big piece of fish maw up quickly as it was so tender and soft, like a jello!
These Chinese lettuce came in a sizzling clay pot and it was my first time trying them like this. They were smoky and slightly charred. Very interesting.
All in all it was a nice Cantonese meal. Hit all the spots and flavors were on point. This branch in Harbour City also highlights the view of Victoria Harbour. Get a window table early!
