I love their poutine, Lots of ppl saying that the gravy is not hot enough to melt the cheese, but I guess it is not suppose to melt all the cheese, and that happens in Canada too. Everything taste and look exactly same as what i taste in Canada(same gravy souse and same cheese)Also some ppl concern about the fries are not crispy enough, well, coz their potatos come with its skin, and plus the souse....if you want crispy, i will suggest you to order just the regular fries, dont try the works and

The overall taste and quality is much much better than Ireland potato.....no doubt
I am very happy to see NYF open in HK, and hopefully they will open more and more restaurants.
