Since I live in Tai Kok Tsui I decided to try Burger Man since I was craving some burgers. It was located at the end of the popular Ivy street with a lot of different restaurants but this place did not disappoint. The restaurant was cozy with a few seats for people who want to eat in, but I decided to get takeaway. The restaurant was cozy with a few seats for people who want to eat in, but I decided to get takeaway. I was feeling a little hungry so I decided to go all out and order the Kobe beef burger with minced pork-covered fries with a coke zero.
This was the first time for me trying Kobe beef and it was honestly amazing, the meat was tender and juicy and has a completely different taste from the classic beef I usually have. The burger was also loaded with a fried egg and onions which were a really good match with it, highly recommended. I also got on the side some minced pork and tomato sauce on top of my fries, this reminded me of poutine that I’ve tried in Canada. This was also a tasty addition to the meal, all topped with coke.
I would recommend the Kobe Burger for anyone wanting a really special and different-tasting burger than usual.
