I really wanted to try the Korean hot dog here but unfortunately they have taken that off the menu The Meat Lovers is also no longer on the menu.I was also surprised that there were no side dishes at all. Some french fries would have been great but even potato chips, salad, or even corn. It definitely needs something to make a complete dinner.The length of the hot dog is average and the sausage is quite thick. Still, without any sides I felt I had to order 2 otherwise I would still be hungry.W

When my hot dogs came they had given me a small plastic taster cup of coleslaw. I assume that was a side and they weren't expecting me to add it on top of my hot dog.
The Coney Island: frankfurter, house made chili, raw onions (I got grilled onions instead).
The bun is soft but not at all soggy, just the right texture. I know some people like crusty french bread instead but I thought this was just right. The chili overpowered the frankfurter so I couldn't taste the sausage. However since the chili was quite tasty that was fine. While this chili would not have worked in a bowl by itself it worked great on the hot dog. It was slightly sweet and made with just ground meat, no beans or chunks of vegetables.
The Suicide: spicy chorizo, grilled onions, spicy mayo, jalapenos, crispy onions.
This hot dog was bursting with flavors and textures. If you have a jalapeno in each bite it is spicy but hardly suicide. If you don't then you get flavor without spice. The crispy onions added a great crunch and contrast to the softness of the bun. Again I couldn't tell the flavor of the sausage because there was so much else going on.
While this place has certainly livened up the old hot dog, at the end of the day it is still just a hot dog.
