Would definitely recommend sliced noodles (at least on your first trial)! After all, this is what they are famous for!

Like other noodle shops in Hong Kong, you can choose certain cooking method for your noodles or even rice, if you like, as well as side dishes. Would definitely recommend sliced noodles (at least on your first trial)! After all, this is what they are famous for! 😆 You may want to know that sliced noodles is usually wide, thick, unevenly shaped and thicker in the middle. It is made from hearty wheat dough and often carries the flavour of wheat after being cooked. 😋 The cold-mixed cooking is great, yet quite a fresh way to eat. For first-time trial, definitely recommend the more traditional way of eating - in hot soup or hot-mixed.
Don't really have a recommendation for dishes as they are merely better than average. I would say sliced noodles are good enough to satisfy my picky stomach. 😙😝
